Venue Survey: Draft complete 3D Venue Drawings

Electrical: Service locations, are generators required, is redundant power required
Rigging: Load ratings and access requirements
IT: Establish existing network / internet capabilities
Truck Access: Driver maps with marshaling instructions
Crew access: Security / Venue access and credential requirements
BOH production and client requirements
Active spares and empty storage
3. Design & Engineer:
Draft complete, to scale, 3D designs (Vectorworks & AutoCAD):
Scenic and Staging with ADA access
LED / PJ Design with pixel maps and content creation guides
Audio Design with projections
Lighting Design with WYSIWYG
Camera and Prompter Design with 3D views
Cable paths (flown and ground) to support all equipment
Rigging Design with load calcs, fall protection and service access
BOH Plans including tech areas, offline rehearsal rooms, green rooms, catering etc
3D fly through and 2D PDF packs for clients, vendors and crew of the above
4. Schedule: Venue access dates and times Client Rehearsal dates and times Live Program dates and times
Confirm permit submittal requirements

5. Budget:
Using all of the above info, draft a complete staffing plan and budget
